Woke up early this morning feeling empowered. Fuck being stuck in the past. I can’t focus on living when I’m thinking about what I’ve lived through. Fuck feeling sorry for myself. Fuck the self doubt. Fuck anything and everything that is not conducive to my overall well being. My past is apart of me but it does not define me. I choose who I am and who I want to be. I release the bonds that people have on my heart and mind. I free myself from trauma and mental bondage. I will never forget my pain. I will use my pain to learn and heal. Thank you God for enlightening me.
